Site Admission Requirements
You must have a fully functional web page
The page may not be a commercial page or site
The site should be suitable for a general audience, for example no nude photography or vulgar language and no links to sites with nudity, vulgar language, racist remarks or materials, or any other type of hate mongering. We are not a strict people, but reserve the right to interpret "suitable."
The fragment for the Ring of Poodles must be modified for your site number and personal info, and must be fully functional.
It's preferred that the ring fragment be on the page you are receiving a link to, but otherwise, if you have a clear link to a web ring page or a Ring of Poodles page, with the Ring of Poodles fragment on it, that would be fine.
And of course, the web page must contain information on Poodles or be the home page of a poodle, or a link to your Poodle Page.
